Gucci Store Director role in Orlando, Florida—lead luxury boutique operations, client experience, and team development with full P&L responsibility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team in delivering superior client-centric service and after-sales experiences to achieve high client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive sales performance and maximize achievement of overall sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining operational integrity and profitability
  • Manage client relationship management initiatives by guiding the team to devise and implement personalized client development strategies, with particular focus on top-tier client retention
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, stock management, and inventory control to maximize full-price selling and maintain alignment with new product launches
  • Champion the development and leadership capabilities of store team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development conversations to build a talent pipeline
  • Recruit, attract, and retain high-performing team members while ensuring consistent and timely onboarding experiences aligned with Gucci's brand culture
  • Lead store briefings to cascade business objectives and execution plans with equal emphasis on commercial and people development goals
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, loss prevention protocols, and security standards, including self-audits and inventory reconciliations
  • Organize and execute company-driven local events and product launches to drive client engagement and sales results
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape, market trends, and local market opportunities to position the store for growth and market leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-oriented industries
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ethical leadership with high professional integrity and ability to inspire trust and influence teams
  • Proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and respond swiftly to changing business needs
  • Strong track record of driving positive client experiences that build loyalty and generate measurable commercial results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Commercial acumen and strong business and financial literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities
