Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver store business performance by setting and driving sales targets, KPIs and profitability initiatives across front- and back-of-house operations.
- Own the client experience strategy: embed client-centric service, after-sales excellence and CRM-driven development to retain and grow high-potential clients (with special focus on Top 100).
- Develop and coach the store leadership and sales team through regular feedback, on-the-job coaching, performance reviews and targeted training to build a high-performing talent pipeline.
- Partner cross-functionally (Client Engagement, Visual Merchandising, Inventory, Loss Prevention) to execute launches, events and local marketing to increase market share and brand presence.
- Manage inventory, stock flow and merchandising to maximise full-price selling and sell‑through while ensuring alignment with product launches and VM standards.
- Ensure operational integrity: payroll submission, schedules, loss prevention audits, monthly cycle counts, health & safety and adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Recruit, onboard and retain talent through active sourcing, headhunting and delivering the Gucci onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or service-related industries.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results, driving KPIs and leading store-level strategy.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism and ability to inspire trust and influence a diverse team.
- Strong analytical aptitude with ability to interpret selling reports, identify trends and implement corrective strategies.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum seven years of progressively responsible retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury retail or a high-touch service environment, demonstrating measurable sales results, team development and operational leadership.
