Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team in executing client-centric service and after-sales experience to achieve consistent high client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve overall sales targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining operational integrity
  • Inspire and foster collaboration in the store to achieve effective clienteling activities, training, and client engagement programmes
  • Develop and implement CRM initiatives by guiding the team to devise personalised client development opportunities and top-client retention strategies
  • Oversee store events, product launches, and community outreach activities to promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share
  • Act as a role model embodying Gucci's values and servant leadership, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
  • Direct people development through ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to elevate team capabilities and retain top talent
  • Manage store operations including inventory management, loss prevention compliance, payroll administration, and adherence to company policies
  • Ensure maintenance of visual merchandising standards, health and safety compliance, and company asset organisation
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends whilst staying connected to local business evolution and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
  • Ability to analyse selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organisational skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates without a degree but possessing extensive relevant retail or luxury brand management experience will be considered.
