Gucci Store Director position in Miami. Lead luxury retail operations, sales performance, client engagement, and team development for a premier fashion boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store performance across sales targets, KPIs, and profitability whilst optimizing operational integrity and monthly financial results
  • Develop and execute strategic client engagement initiatives, including CRM implementation, personalized relationship management, and top-client retention strategies
  • Oversee superior client-centric service delivery and after-sales experience to consistently achieve high satisfaction scores
  • Manage and mentor store leadership team, fostering performance management, talent development, and career progression for all staff
  • Champion clienteling activities and training across the team, ensuring effective utilization of company CRM tools and client-loyalty platforms
  • Lead engaging store briefings to cascade business objectives and execution plans, balancing both commercial and people focus
  • Direct active floor leadership through coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, engaging with high-value clients, and maintaining exceptional hospitality standards
  • Oversee stock management and inventory control to maximize full-price selling, maintain sell-through targets, and ensure alignment with product launches
  • Implement and enforce Loss Prevention protocols, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations to maintain shrinkage below company targets
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards compliance, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all operations
  • Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing talent; build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive recruitment
  • Oversee consistent and timely onboarding experiences for all new hires
  • Provide monthly schedules and timely payroll submissions for all employees
  • Monitor and guide resolution of employee-relations matters in partnership with line management and People Partners
  • Support local events and product launches, driving client attendance and meeting sales targets
  • Maintain competitive market awareness and stay informed of local trends, competitor activities, and market evolution

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and demonstrated ability to inspire trust and influence teams
  • Proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and respond swiftly to evolving business needs
  • Demonstrated success driving positive client experiences that build loyalty and generate measurable commercial results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Passion for the fashion industry and commercial acumen with strong business and financial awareness
