Gucci seeks a Store Director in Madrid (Las Rozas Village) to lead boutique sales, operations and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with Gucci standards.
  • Own commercial performance including forecasting, budgeting, margin control and P&L accountability for the boutique.
  • Develop and execute local sales and clienteling strategies to grow high-value client relationships and long-term loyalty.
  • Ensure flawless store operations: stock management, loss prevention, visual merchandising, presentation and compliance with brand and legal standards.
  • Recruit, coach and develop talent; implement training programmes and succession plans to build a high-performing team.
  • Represent the brand in the local market, coordinate events and partnerships, and liaise with regional management on business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership track record in luxury retail, with significant experience managing a boutique or flagship store.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable P&L responsibility and experience delivering sales growth.
  • Excellent clienteling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to recruit, coach and retain talent; experience implementing training and performance management processes.
  • High standards of visual merchandising, operational discipline and knowledge of loss-prevention practices.

Experience

Extensive experience in luxury retail management, typically 5+ years in progressively senior store leadership roles with proven responsibility for sales targets, team development and operational excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or equivalent professional experience preferred.
