Gucci seeks a Store Director in Las Rozas Village, Madrid to lead boutique operations, sales and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own commercial performance of the Las Rozas Village boutique: deliver sales targets, margin and KPI objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead, recruit, develop and coach a multidisciplinary retail team to elevate client service, product knowledge and individual performance.
- Manage daily store operations including merchandising, stock and inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling and administrative reporting.
- Ensure an elevated client experience and clienteling programme through personalised service, CRM usage and VIP relationship management.
- Implement and uphold Gucci visual merchandising, brand standards and in-store activations in collaboration with regional and corporate teams.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to regional management; translate group initiatives into local action plans.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or store P&L.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets in a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong people management skills with experience in hiring, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and commercial acumen, including inventory and stock control.
- Outstanding client service orientation with experience in clienteling and CRM-driven sales.

Experience
Minimum of five years in luxury retail, including demonstrated experience in store leadership or director-level responsibility, with a record of managing sales, people and operations in a boutique environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail, fashion or a related discipline; formal retail management training or luxury-brand experience preferred.
