Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve sales targets, profitability objectives and monthly KPIs while ensuring operational integrity and compliance with corporate policies.
- Own the client experience strategy: implement CRM initiatives, champion full utilisation of clienteling tools and drive personalised client development, retention and acquisition (focus on Top 100 clients).
- Provide cross‑functional leadership on the sales floor by coordinating FoH and BoH activities, engaging top clients, and modelling superior luxury hospitality and after‑sales service.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team: manage performance, deliver on‑the‑job coaching, career conversations and the annual Performance & Development Review process.
- Plan and execute local store events and product launches to maximise client attendance, brand presence and sales conversion.
- Drive merchandise and inventory management to maximise full‑price sell‑through, align stock with new launches and meet shrinkage targets via loss prevention and cycle counts.
- Cascade business objectives through effective store briefings and ensure training priorities are delivered so the team is educated on brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
- Manage scheduling and staff allocation to optimise sales coverage, client service standards and payroll submission timelines.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards, health & safety, security procedures and corporate grooming/wardrobe guidelines to protect the Gucci image.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service‑related industry.
- Proven track record of driving measurable client experiences, sales results and managing store profitability.
- Demonstrable leadership, ethics and the ability to inspire trust and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyse selling reports, identify trends and implement corrective strategies.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service‑related industry with demonstrated ability to lead store operations, grow client relationships and deliver sustained sales performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
