Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the store to achieve sales, margin and client development targets.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and consistent after‑sales service.
- Design and execute clienteling and CRM initiatives, leveraging top‑client strategies to retain and grow high‑value clients (focus on Top 100).
- Drive market presence and local business development through community outreach, events and targeted client engagement.
- Oversee inventory management, stock requests, monthly cycle counts and loss prevention activities to control shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies across operations, people, security, health and safety standards.
- Manage rostering and payroll submissions, support after‑sales services and coordinate inbound/outbound merchandise flows.
- Maintain and enforce Global Visual Merchandising standards and present the store in line with brand grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service‑related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable leadership, high professional integrity and ability to inspire trust and influence multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyse sales reports, identify trends and act decisively.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding client experiences that drive loyalty and measurable results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills; able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
