Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
  • Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
  • Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
  • Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
  • Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category.
  • Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
  • Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.
  • Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
  • Oversee performance check-in processes and establish goals for store employees.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
  • Partner with Market Director and HR for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
  • Manage business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients.
  • Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
  • Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
  • Ensure the implementation and execution of CRM initiatives and monitor CRM database reporting.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while enforcing company policies.
  • Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget, aiming to reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Oversee merchandise requests and shipments processing.
  • Provide accurate monthly schedules and submit payroll records timely.
  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
  • Maintain organization of company assets according to guidelines.
  • Maintain the borrow log and consignment program in adherence with company policy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong background in relationship building with both external and internal clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
