Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team in executing superior client-centric service and after-sales experience to achieve consistent high client satisfaction
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence through community outreach and company-sponsored events
- Inspire collaboration in the store to achieve coherent and strong clienteling-related activities and training
- Develop, implement, and execute company CRM initiatives by guiding the team to devise effective action plans and personalized client development opportunities
- Partner with the Client Engagement team to leverage business development opportunities through a top-client strategy focusing on the Top 100
- Champion full utilization of clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition
- Oversee and guide the team to manage client flow on the selling floor, ensuring all clients are addressed with exceptional service
- Coach and assist the team to manage and resolve client service issues to retain and enrich client relationships
- Lead and oversee company-driven local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results
- Maintain and inspire deep knowledge of competition and local market trends
- Act as a role model by embodying passionate attitude and demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and servant leadership
- Assist and guide the team in managing performance and development, ensuring high engagement of top performers and improvement of underperformers

- Develop the leadership and functional capabilities of the store team for future roles

- Lead engaging Store Briefings to cascade key business objectives and execution action plans with equal focus on business and people
- Manage and oversee timely resolution of employee-relations matters in partnership with line management and People Partners
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline through networking and headhunting
- Oversee a consistent and timely Gucci onboarding experience for all new hires
- Partner cross-functionally to drive and maximize sales performance to achieve overall sales targets and KPIs while ensuring operational integrity and profitability
- Devise and drive collaborative and innovative initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, engaging with top clients, and ensuring the highest level of client service
- Oversee and ensure management of stock levels to maximize full-price selling and maintain high sell-through aligned with new product launches
- Ensure rollout of training priorities so that all team members are fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy
- Consistently drive the company's set KPIs by guiding and challenging everyone to create and implement strategies when performance standards are not met
- Guide and ensure effective allocation of staff resources and schedules to drive sales and maintain high client service standards
- Keep up to date with competitor analysis, product trends, sales trends, people strategies, clienteling activities, and launches
- Adhere to and oversee adherence to company policies and procedures including Operations, People, and Security
- Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling
- Comply with all Loss Prevention self-audits, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage remains below company target
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and timely submission of payroll records for all employees
- Oversee incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments
- Support and monitor after-sales services in store
- Oversee and support adherence to Visual Merchandising standards set by the Global VM team
- Ensure optimal and consistent adherence to all key health, safety, and security aspects
- Maintain company assets organized in accordance with back-of-house and front-of-house guidelines
- Represent the Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence per company grooming standards and ensure team adherence to these standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industries
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Industry awareness, commercial knowledge, and strong business and financial acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industries, with demonstrated ability to drive positive client experiences and measurable results.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
