Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store performance with an entrepreneurial approach, driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement through strategic and floor leadership.
  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and career progression.
  • Own client experience and loyalty programs: implement CRM initiatives, champion clienteling tools and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Client Engagement, Visual Merchandising, Inventory and Loss Prevention to optimise store operations.
  • Plan and execute local events and product launches to amplify brand presence and convert attendance into measurable sales.
  • Oversee inventory management, cycle counts and loss-prevention processes to protect margin and maintain sell-through.
  • Manage staff allocation and scheduling to maximise selling opportunities while maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies (Operations, People, Security) and maintain health, safety and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service-related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with demonstrated ability to retain and uplift top talent.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse selling reports, identify trends and implement corrective strategies.
  • High standards of ethics, professionalism and the ability to inspire trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
