Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations with an entrepreneurial mindset, ensuring achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining operational excellence
- Oversee client experience delivery through superior service and after-sales support, ensuring consistent satisfaction and loyalty
- Champion brand awareness and market presence through community engagement, events, and clienteling initiatives
- Lead and coach store team across strategic, operational, and floor-level functions to drive coherent client engagement strategies
- Implement and execute CRM initiatives by developing personalized client development opportunities and top-client retention strategies
- Demonstrate active sales floor leadership by coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, engaging with top clients, and maintaining exceptional hospitality
- Manage stock levels to maximize full-price selling and maintain high sell-through rates in alignment with product launches
- Lead local events and product launches to drive client attendance and achieve sales results
- Maintain competitive market awareness by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and regional developments
- Act as a role model embodying Gucci values, professionalism, ethics, and servant leadership
- Manage team performance and development, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement of top performers, and improvement of underperformers
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and career development conversations during performance reviews

- Oversee employee relations matters in partnership with HR and People Partners
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across operations, people management, and security

- Provide accurate payroll records and maintain organized back-office operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industries
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to drive positive client experiences and build customer loyalty with measurable results
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence teams
- Proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to business needs
- Commercial knowledge and strong business and financial acumen
