Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Barcelona Paseo boutique, ensuring the store meets commercial targets and brand standards.
- Own the store P&L: set budgets, manage costs, analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions to optimise profitability.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies, clienteling initiatives and CRM-driven programmes to grow high-value clientele and repeat business.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management and succession planning.
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Monitor and report key retail KPIs; collaborate with regional leadership on forecasting, staffing and promotional planning.
- Act as the store’s primary ambassador in the local market, cultivating relationships with clients, partners and community stakeholders.

- Proven leadership experience managing a luxury retail boutique or flagship store, with responsibility for P&L and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-end retail.
- Strong capability in talent development, performance management and building customer-centric teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience in inventory control, visual merchandising and retail operations.
- Ability to analyse retail metrics and translate insight into effective action plans.

Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including proven leadership of a boutique or flagship store with full operational responsibility and accountability for sales and profitability.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
