Gucci Stock Manager position in Brussels. Manage inventory, receiving, and warehouse operations for luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming merchandise deliveries against documentation
  • Maintain optimal organization of storage areas for current and archived collections
  • Monitor daily stock levels by size and color, executing necessary replenishment to the sales floor
  • Prepare and coordinate shipments, dispatches, and inter-store transfers with store management
  • Track packaging inventory levels and manage defective product returns
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies and shrinkage
  • Apply product labeling and electronic tagging to merchandise
  • Provide occasional boutique support during periods of high customer traffic (customer greeting, shelf organization, minor maintenance)
  • Prepare new display elements in collaboration with the sales team
  • Deliver products from stock to the sales floor to support active sales activity

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail stock management or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Physical capability to lift and move merchandise regularly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience
