Gucci Stock Manager position at Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive location. Lead inventory operations, team management, and stock logistics. $80K–$90K USD annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate stock organization, inventory management, and stockroom logistics to maintain operational excellence and implement Global Stock organization guidelines
- Supervise shipping and receiving processes, maintain meticulous inventory records, and report issues to store management for resolution
- Oversee accurate merchandise replenishment between back-of-house and selling floor, including stock rebalancing and damaged-goods management
- Coordinate and manage client deliveries and omnichannel flows (iPad in-store, collect-in-store, etc.), ensuring team adherence to procedures and guidelines
- Lead the operations controller team, fostering compliance with company protocols and loss prevention policies
- Develop organizational solutions to improve client advisor accessibility to inventory and enhance client experience through efficient stock team support
- Maintain product label accuracy, price tickets, and RFID associations on the shop floor and for client returns
- Generate regular reports on stock movements, monitor store-to-store conversion rates, shrinkage, and stock saturation using dedicated analytics tools
- Manage team in a positive, professional, and collaborative environment with emphasis on ethical adherence to loss prevention and stockroom management policies
- Conduct annual performance and development conversations and monthly one-on-ones with direct reports to monitor performance and develop action plans
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in back-of-house areas, including fire exit maintenance and overstock risk mitigation
- Coordinate repair activities before and after sale, uniform ordering logistics, and after-sale services management
- Maintain current knowledge of training and company guidelines, serving as the store's stock management expert
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of stock management experience, preferably in retail high street market or luxury retail
- Proficiency in inventory management software, SAP, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of RFID systems (preferred)
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to inspire trust and influence a team
