Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Gucci's policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate open and constructive communication with team members, store management, and consumers.
  • Create an engaging and high-energy store experience for customers by exemplifying superior customer service behaviors.
  • Serve as the store's expert in stock techniques and procedures.
  • Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
  • Accurately manage hourly replenishment.
  • Oversee transfers and other operations efficiently.
  • Monitor the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, and manage the arrangement of articles.
  • Align daily placement of items for sale with available stock, considering style, size, and color.
  • Conduct inventory operations and participate in loss-prevention and markdown monitoring.
  • Communicate daily with the Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management regarding product rotation and propose corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Skills

Brand ambassadorship. Passion for products and fashion, with a curious mindset. Ability to act in accordance with brand values. Customer engagement skills.

Experience

Experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
