Role & Responsibilities
- Adhere to Gucci's policies and procedures.
- Facilitate open and constructive communication with team members, store management, and consumers.
- Create an engaging and high-energy store experience for customers by exemplifying superior customer service behaviors.
- Serve as the store's expert in stock techniques and procedures.
- Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
- Accurately manage hourly replenishment.
- Oversee transfers and other operations efficiently.
- Monitor the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, and manage the arrangement of articles.
- Align daily placement of items for sale with available stock, considering style, size, and color.
- Conduct inventory operations and participate in loss-prevention and markdown monitoring.
- Communicate daily with the Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management regarding product rotation and propose corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Skills
Experience
Experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
