Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; accurately record and upload ASN/STS/ICT details into the JDA system.
- Manage all aspects of stock control including ticketing, price changes, consignments, holds, reservations and VIP/press requests.
- Maintain orderly, secure and optimised storage for current and archival collections, monitoring packaging levels and defective items.
- Conduct and participate in cycle counts, stock takes and investigations to reconcile discrepancies in accordance with Gucci loss‑prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with sales and visual teams to prepare displays, execute transfers and support store operational projects.
- Support inbound/outbound product care workflows and update Kering Service tickets (BSPure / BS Child tickets) for before/after‑sales processes.
- Enforce back‑of‑house health & safety requirements, ensure clear fire exits and mitigate overstock hazards.
- Provide operational support to the store during peak periods, including reception, distribution and ad hoc maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom, inventory or retail operations; experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Demonstrable integrity, professionalism and the ability to inspire trust within a cross‑functional team.
- High level of organisation with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in inventory processes.
- Familiarity with stock control procedures and inventory systems; ability to operate receiving and tracking workflows.
- Physical capability to perform role requirements (lifting, bending, climbing ladders) and flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Effective verbal communication skills to liaise with store management, sales teams and external suppliers.

Experience
Proven experience in a stockkeeping, inventory or retail operations role; preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sectors. Experience using retail inventory systems and participating in formal stocktakes is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in logistics, retail operations or supply‑chain disciplines is advantageous.
