Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary education or higher in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in retail and customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in typing with accuracy.

Skills

Exceptional customer service orientation. Strong administrative capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills. Fluency in spoken German and English.

Experience

Prior experience in retail and customer service environments is preferred, with an advantage given to those familiar with POS system operations.

Education

Secondary school diploma or higher in any field.
