Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design of new small leather goods proposals aligned with brand identity and seasonal creative direction
  • Develop sketches, renderings, and creative design proposals under the guidance of Design Managers
  • Participate in the creation of mood boards, design concepts, and collection presentations
  • Conduct trend analysis and competitor research to identify creative opportunities for category evolution
  • Produce accurate technical drawings to facilitate clear communication with Product Development teams
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Industrial teams to ensure feasibility and design consistency
  • Participate in fittings and prototype reviews, contributing constructively to product refinement
  • Monitor fashion trends, market evolution, and competitive landscape to inform creative strategy
  • Research inspirations through archives, vintage references, materials, and external cultural sources
  • Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders throughout the design and development process
  • Support the preparation of internal presentations and collection materials

Qualifications

  • Hands-on understanding of 3D mockups and digital prototyping
  • Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Suite, CAD, or equivalent software
  • Demonstrated ability to develop both creative sketches, renderings, and technical drawings
  • Solid knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and product development processes
  • Fluency in English
