Gucci seeks Shoemaking Production Operator in Recanati, Italy. Apply footwear assembly and manufacturing skills in luxury shoe production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare uppers and production materials; load components onto conveyor systems
- Apply reinforcements, toe puffs, and lasting techniques; operate and adjust shaping machinery for correct upper formation
- Perform carding and fibration of uppers in preparation for adhesive application
- Apply adhesive, position, and attach soles and bottoms using specialized equipment
- Execute finishing operations including pressing, polish application, cleaning, lacing, and insertion of insoles and footbeds
- Verify correct execution of all operations in compliance with established quality standards
- Operate and maintain production floor tools and equipment according to protocol
Qualifications
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and fine motor control

- Beneficial: prior experience in footwear manufacturing, even if limited
