Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Vice President, Store Planning & Facilities, and global design teams in the development of new store locations.
- Prepare comprehensive design submittal packages, from initial site analysis to technical packages for the global design team.
- Coordinate design layouts with regional departments including Visual Merchandising, Retail, Operations, and Security.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenant coordinators and mall managers.
- Transition design documents into bid/landlord review/permit documents with the architect of record.
- Review architectural documents and drawings with the Vice President, Store Planning & Facilities.
- Ensure company standards and design intent are maintained by reviewing shop drawings with global design teams and vendors.
- Coordinate security, telephone, and data requirements with all departments.
- Obtain landlord approvals for preliminary and working drawing reviews.
- Create requests for bids for various project scopes and coordinate cost and schedules with vendors and contractors.
- Oversee project tracker to ensure timely completion of activities and store opening targets.
- Maintain cost summaries and approve invoices in coordination with the cost controller.
- Conduct site visits to ensure standards and design compliance during construction.
- Attend weekly site meetings to ensure schedule and design standards are met.
- Coordinate with general contractors and local departments for required certificates and inspections.
- Assist in store openings and develop punch lists to ensure timely corrections.
- Request lien waivers and comply with landlord close-out procedures.
- Develop and issue maintenance manuals for Store Directors.
- Assist in multi-project budgeting for departmental capital expenditure forecasting.
- Prepare weekly status reports based on company templates.
- Provide cost estimates for various activities in new and existing stores.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of luxury retail experience in architectural and store planning project management, preferably with high-end retail stores.
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction preferred.
- In-house store planning experience in the U.S. as part of a regional team.
- Extensive experience in store planning project management with multi-level store build-outs.

Education
University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction preferred.

Compensation
