Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day store operational activities to ensure optimal sales support and a seamless client experience.
- Manage inventory flow and stock replenishment processes, maintaining accurate levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Support and drive store projects including opening/closing procedures, renovations, relocations and operational rollouts within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (merchandising, logistics, visual merchandising, finance, HR) to implement operational actions and resolve escalations.
- Oversee POS, payment and cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with brand controls and loss-prevention policies.
- Prepare and analyse operational KPIs and reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Coach and advise store teams on operational standards, inventory procedures and project execution to uphold Gucci brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail operations, with demonstrable responsibility for store-level processes and project coordination.
- Experience working within a premium or luxury retail environment, with an understanding of elevated client service expectations.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Sound numerical aptitude and experience with inventory control, stock reconciliation and basic financial controls.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and store teams.
