Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues and resolving discrepancies with Store Director or Operations Manager
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, return-to-vendor (RTV), and damage documentation while adhering to all procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory through oversight of cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support
• Develop and propose ideas to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Support the sales team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience and luxury service delivery
• Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique as needed
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards and protocols
• Place orders for all office and store supplies as required
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior retail operations experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to manage inventory efficiently
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and staff
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required in retail
• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, lift boxes, and perform other physical requirements of the role

Skills

Experience

3+ years of senior retail operations experience in a luxury retail environment or comparable setting, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management, stock control, and operational troubleshooting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 27 per hour.
