Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient processes.
  • Execute shipping and receiving procedures, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to company guidelines for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
  • Pack, handle, and store merchandise following Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in analyzing information and identifying business priorities. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Integrity and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Team-oriented attitude.

Experience

Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.

Compensation
