Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing resolutions
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damage processing while adhering to all procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory; oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from Store Director or Operations Manager
• Develop and share ideas to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Support the sales team in the selling process to ensure the highest level of client experience
• Communicate all discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique when needed
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards
• Place orders for all office and store supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with store management and sales teams
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes

Experience

3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience with strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, stock control procedures, and the ability to oversee multiple operational functions in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 27 per hour.
