Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor, and damage processing while adhering to all procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory; oversee cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support
• Identify and communicate operational inefficiencies and cost-reduction opportunities to leadership
• Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and enabling luxury service standards
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security protocols
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards; maintain physical organization of the boutique
• Manage supply orders for office and store materials
• Communicate all discrepancies and issues immediately to management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior-level retail operations experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
• Proven ability to inspire trust and foster teamwork
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management systems
• Ability to manage physical demands including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
• Valid work authorization to work in Canada

Skills

Experience

3+ years of senior-level retail operations experience demonstrating proficiency in inventory management, stock control procedures, and operational troubleshooting within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or operations certifications preferred.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24 to CAD 27 per hour.
