Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in liaison with the Store Director or Operations Manager
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damages processing whilst adhering to all company procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory at all times by overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from store management
• Develop and share efficiency improvement ideas to reduce operational costs and enhance store performance
• Support the sales team during client interactions to ensure the highest standard of luxury service experience
• Communicate all discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis in accordance with company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique when required
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to established Gucci standards and protocols
• Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
• Ensure ongoing compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of progressive senior retail operations experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills with proven inventory management expertise
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software (receiving, tracking, storing merchandise)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with store management, sales teams, and staff members
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations
• Physical capability to meet role requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

Experience

3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience in a luxury or upscale retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management, stock control procedures, and operational troubleshooting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further retail operations or supply chain certification is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27 per hour.
