Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute shipping and receiving activities; immediately report and resolve discrepancies with Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Manage timely movement of merchandise including transfers, return-to-vendor (RTV) processes and damaged goods handling according to company procedures.
- Ensure continuous inventory integrity through oversight of cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation activities with store leadership.
- Pack, handle and store merchandise to Gucci standards and process repairs and damages promptly per company guidelines.
- Support the selling team to ensure an exceptional client experience while maintaining operational governance and security procedures.
- Identify and propose efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance stockroom workflows.
- Coordinate ordering of store and office supplies and assist with physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of senior retail operations experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven analytical and organizational capability with meticulous attention to detail in stock management processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of stock control procedures, inventory management software and reconciliation practices.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ability to inspire trust and teamwork among store colleagues.
- Effective communication skills and capacity to collaborate with store management and sales teams.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays; ability to meet physical demands (lifting, bending, ladder use).

Education
