Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate movement of merchandise, adhering to all procedural guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an organized and precise store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories with direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage the printing and ticketing of merchandise, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as necessary.
  • Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in analyzing information, identifying business priorities, and problem-solving. Demonstrates integrity and a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software. Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Team-oriented attitude.

Experience

Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in the retail sector, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
