Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the boutique's physical maintenance as needed.
  • Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities. Strong problem-solving skills. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Team-oriented attitude.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is a plus.
