Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with Store Management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized and precise store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage merchandise labeling, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and handle damaged goods in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the store as required.
  • Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored to Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information and prioritize business needs. Strong problem-solving capabilities. High degree of integrity and work ethic. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for experience in luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
