Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory and support exceptional client service.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Develop and share strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the sales team in delivering a superior client experience.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with boutique maintenance as needed.
  • Handle and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software. Physical capability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Team-oriented attitude.

Experience

2-3 years of relevant retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
