Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Manage timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor, and damage documentation while adhering to all procedures and guidelines
• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory by overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with Store Director support
• Support the sales team to ensure the highest level of client experience and luxury service standards
• Communicate all operational discrepancies and issues immediately to management for swift resolution
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis in accordance with company guidelines and quality standards
• Develop and share ideas to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards and care protocols
• Place orders for office and store supplies as needed and assist with physical maintenance of the boutique
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven senior retail operations experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced inventory management expertise
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with store management, sales teams, and staff members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations
• Physical capability to meet job requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes

Skills

Experience

3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience with proven success in inventory management, operations governance, and team leadership in luxury retail or similar high-end retail environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business administration, retail management, or supply chain management is advantageous but not required.
