Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate, organized stockroom and ensure inventory integrity through daily controls and reconciliation.
  • Execute shipping and receiving procedures, manage transfers, RTVs and damages, and report and resolve operational exceptions.
  • Oversee and conduct cycle counts and scheduled inventories in coordination with Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Process repairs, damages and required tax or regulatory forms (including 8300 and tax-exempt forms) in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Support Store Director/Operations Manager in troubleshooting service, facilities, compliance and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain clear operational documentation and procedures for reference and audit readiness.
  • Order and manage store and office supplies; assist with physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies and operational issues to management immediately and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; prior experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
