Role & Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day store operational governance, troubleshooting operational, service, facilities and stockroom issues in support of the Store Director and Operations Manager.
• Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving process; report and resolve issues promptly with store leadership.
• Manage timely movement of merchandise — transfers, RTVs and damage handling — while enforcing company procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure inventory integrity through oversight of cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation with corporate and store leadership.
• Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines and ensure accurate documentation.
• Pack, handle and store merchandise to Gucci standards and place orders for office and store supplies as required.
• Communicate discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management and contribute solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support the selling team to ensure the highest level of client experience while maintaining compliance with security and company standards.
• Assist with physical maintenance and facility needs of the boutique when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' senior retail operations experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail environments.
• Demonstrable analytical and organisational skills with a track record of managing inventory accuracy and operational processes.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism and integrity with the ability to inspire trust and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management and reconciliation procedures.
• Effective communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with store management, sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and ability to meet the role’s physical requirements (lifting, bending, ladder use).

Skills

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive retail operations experience at a senior level, with responsibility for inventory control, shipping/receiving, cycle counting and supporting store leadership in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, logistics or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 26 per hour.
