Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee an efficient stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement while adhering to company procedures.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
- Print and ticket merchandise, process returns and price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with technology for internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
