Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain an organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
  • Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
  • Adhere to Gucci's standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
  • Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing information and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
