Gucci Senior Media Specialist (6-Month Contract) in Singapore – manage integrated media campaigns across SEAP markets. Gucci seeks experienced media professional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with key regional and HQ stakeholders to facilitate strategic campaign discussions and develop localized content for tactical initiatives
- Review social media plans and brief media agencies to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches aligned with HQ templates
- Coordinate daily operations with local media agencies on 360-degree campaigns spanning outdoor advertising, magazines, newspapers, digital display, video, paid social, and paid search
- Serve as primary point of contact between merchandising, local, global teams, and media agencies during campaign production phases
- Develop and propose asset strategies aligned with local market requirements through cross-departmental collaboration
- Circulate creative assets to relevant internal and external parties including agencies, publishers, landlords, and media owners for offline and online executions
- Ensure production specifications and asset trafficking maintain accuracy with timely submission
- Conduct monthly cross-checks of media plans against budget management systems to verify data integrity
- Monitor competitor activities across the region to identify emerging opportunities and market trends
- Track and analyze paid media performance and efficiency from internal and external sources to derive data-driven insights
- Compile monthly performance reports for distribution to internal stakeholders
- Oversee adherence to local finance procedures and protocols across market operations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in media agencies or luxury retail environments
- Proficiency with GA4 reporting tools and dashboard creation
- Basic understanding of paid advertising across multiple channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with collaborative team orientation
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality with commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably from media agencies or luxury retail sector. Experience in campaign execution, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field.
