Role & Responsibilities
- Translate Gucci Americas’ client engagement strategy into store-embedded, market-specific plans that drive retention, elevation and acquisition across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
- Lead planning, execution and measurement of full-funnel client development activities, leveraging client pyramid analysis and client mapping to set bottoms-up retail goals and segment ambitions.
- Design, manage and evaluate regional client events and experiential programs — from guest lists and budgets to vendor setup, in-store execution, and post-event analysis.
- Partner closely with Store Directors, Retail Area Directors and corporate client, merchandising and insights teams to align on a 365-day client calendar and ensure cross-functional synergy.
- Monitor tool usage and outreach performance, share best practices, and recommend enhancements to close gaps against client engagement KPIs.
- Develop bespoke VIP client experiences and seasonal gifting programs; cultivate partnerships with travel, hospitality and concierge networks to drive tourism acquisition.
- Provide regular business-area reporting and present monthly/quarterly performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support store-level activation, training and relationship-building (up to 60% travel).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in retail, marketing, special events, hospitality or consulting with demonstrable leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in client management, VIP relationship cultivation and executing high-touch brand experiences.
- Strong strategic, analytical and retail-math capabilities with the ability to translate insight into actionable retail plans.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and producing executive-level communications.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead peers through implementation.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% and possess appropriate authorization to work in the United States.

Five or more years in management-level roles spanning retail operations, client development, events or hospitality, with proven success building VIP relationships and delivering measurable sales impact through client programs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
