Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations.
- Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy to align with retail business objectives.
- Coordinate partnerships with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate client engagement teams.
- Leverage client pyramid analysis and client mapping to derive retail plans.
- Review client outreach achievement and tool usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align with corporate and field cross-functional teams on client goals and a 365-day calendar.
- Analyze performance and impact of client initiatives on development and sales.
- Collaborate with Retail Area Directors for strategy and goal setting.
- Travel to stores to support client development growth.
- Lead regional calls with store teams for strategy communication.
- Present business area performance results related to client development.
- Identify opportunities for stronger training programs to improve client development.
- Create tourist development programs for key local and international tourist groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and relationship building in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience with VIP clients.
- Exceptional understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

A minimum of 5 years in management roles within Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting, with a proven track record in client management and relationship building.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
