Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate client, transaction and behavioural data into actionable, client-centric insights to inform regional and market targeting strategies.
  • Define and build client-related KPIs and sales targeting metrics at regional, market and store levels in partnership with the Director, Client Development.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling regional contact strategy aligned to the commercial calendar to support always-on clienteling and outreach.
  • Design, implement and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor client behaviour, campaign impact and targeting effectiveness.
  • Perform hands-on analysis of client data on a recurring (weekly/monthly) basis and deliver ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Provide targeting guidance to Retail and Digital teams to identify high-potential clients and optimise contact strategies.
  • Manage CRM portal operations, including generation of targeted lists, ad-hoc analyses and support for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own data quality processes including cleansing, client merges and client reassignment to ensure integrity of client records.
  • Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams (Retail, Digital, MIS, Merchandising, Legal, Business Planning) to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Marketing or Economics preferred; Master’s degree or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in market research, customer analytics, retail/eCommerce analytics, or integrated/direct marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise with BI and CRM platforms and experience writing and tuning SQL queries.
  • Proven experience with email and mobile campaign management and familiarity with catalog/direct marketing environments.
  • Strong analytical, statistical and modeling competencies with a solid command of retail math and Excel.
  • Project management, change management or business process redesign experience considered an advantage.
  • Qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
