Role & Responsibilities
- Translate client and transactional data into actionable insights to inform 360° omnichannel clienteling and acquisition strategies.
- Define and maintain client-related KPIs and sales targeting frameworks at regional, market and store levels in collaboration with the Vice President, Client Engagement.
- Develop and operationalize a rolling regional contact strategy aligned to the commercial calendar to support always-on outreach.
- Design, build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor client behavior, campaign impact and targeting effectiveness.
- Perform hands-on analysis of client data using MicroStrategy and other BI tools; write and tune SQL queries for online and offline environments.
- Provide targeting guidance to Retail and Digital teams to identify high-potential clients and optimise outreach performance.
- Own data quality processes including cleansing, client merges and reassignments; manage the CRM portal and deliver targeted lists and analyses to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with global and regional teams (Retail, Digital, Communications, MIS, Merchandising, Training, Operations, Legal, Business Planning) to support business objectives and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in market research, customer analytics, retail and eCommerce analytics, or integrated/direct/digital marketing.
- Proven expertise with BI tools and reporting platforms (MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos) and strong SQL proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and platforms such as Oracle, Siebel and Acxiom.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Omniture) and strong command of retail math and Excel.
- Experience with project/change management and business process redesign is advantageous.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in customer analytics, market research or data-driven marketing within retail and eCommerce environments, with demonstrable experience executing client segmentation, targeting and campaign measurement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
