Gucci is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator in Taipei City to oversee facility projects, manage new openings and closures, and maintain existing buildings while ensuring objectives and deadlines are met. The role also covers store and office relocations and changes in footprint, alongside land or space acquisition, leasing, licensing, site and cost negotiations, development and renovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities projects for the brands.
- Project-manage new openings and closures, and maintain existing buildings.
- Ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Support projects involving store and office openings, closures, expansions, downsizing and relocations.
- Manage land and space acquisition, leasing and licensing, as well as site and cost negotiations, development and renovation.
