Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting package submissions
• Manage complex intercompany reconciliation activities, investigating and resolving discrepancies with regional and corporate counterparts
• Review and perform consolidation and IFRS adjustments, ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies and applicable accounting standards
• Monitor actual financial performance and analyze variances versus budget and forecast across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and provide financial analysis and commentary for senior management and shareholders
• Support the application of IFRS 16 and other accounting standards through dedicated systems and reporting tools
• Review tax reporting, ensuring compliance with Group Tax requirements and applicable accounting standards
• Coordinate information flows with regional Finance teams and support local stakeholders on consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes, reporting tools, and financial controls
• Partner with Corporate Finance teams, internal stakeholders, and auditors to ensure quality and consistency of financial reporting

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Group consolidation principles
• Proven experience managing complex intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and consolidation/reporting systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred

Experience

4-6 years of experience in financial consolidation, financial reporting, audit, or finance controlling within multinational environments.

Education

Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 38,000 per annum.
