Gucci Senior Client Advisor position in Vancouver, BC. Luxury fashion sales role offering $19–$21/hour CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients in-store and remotely, ensuring every interaction reflects best-in-class service and makes clients feel valued
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Develop and segment client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing ones to higher-tier segments
- Drive individual and collective sales results through monitoring KPIs, maximizing selling opportunities, and executing effective selling techniques with warm, elevated service
- Apply expert product knowledge and storytelling to guide clients toward informed purchasing decisions using genuine styling advice
- Leverage in-store technology to enhance the client experience and collect meaningful client information to customize future interactions
- Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transaction types, including exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities
- Actively participate in stock maintenance, inventory management, and general store administration
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and uphold store appearance in line with Gucci guidelines
- Perform POS transactions with accuracy and assist with management functions including client returns, exchanges, and opening/closing procedures as needed
- Support training initiatives and facilitate onboarding experiences for new Client Advisors
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in a similar retail or customer service role
- Natural passion for relationship building and people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and serve as a role model
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury trends
- Excellent commercial awareness and strong client service attitude
- High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and complex situations
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic retail environment
- Valid work authorization to work in Canada

Minimum 4+ years of documented luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar Client Advisor role or high-end customer service setting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
