Gucci Senior Client Advisor in Vancouver, BC – luxury fashion sales role with $19–$21/hour CAD, leading client relationships and achieving sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to make clients feel valued from first contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build client base by recruiting new clients and developing existing relationships to higher tiers of segmentation
- Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring and maximizing selling opportunities across all channels
- Leverage in-store technology and storytelling to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Demonstrate expertise in Gucci products and fashion trends, using styling knowledge and honest advice to guide informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions including purchases, exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS transactions
- Contribute to onboarding and training initiatives for new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management
- Perform opening and closing procedures, asset security, and management functions at POS as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion, luxury goods, and lifestyle trends
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and serve as a role model to teammates
- Valid work authorization to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar retail or customer service setting, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives and building strong client relationships.

This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 21 per hour.
