Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador to deliver best‑in‑class, personalized client experiences in‑store and remotely, deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.
• Achieve individual and store sales objectives by proactively recruiting and developing clients, leveraging upselling and cross‑selling techniques and promoting virtual appointments and distance sales.
• Use storytelling and expert product knowledge to advise clients on styling, product benefits and relevant lifestyle recommendations.
• Capture and maintain accurate client information and POS records; ensure flawless transaction processing and follow‑through on exchanges, returns and repairs.
• Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual standards and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Contribute to onboarding and informal training of new Client Advisors and, when required, perform certain store management functions (POS approvals, opening/closing, securing assets).
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, propose solutions and maintain an elevated, team‑oriented client service culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion retail or client‑facing sales experience with a demonstrable track record of results.
• Passion for relationship building, discretionary service and client development across segments.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, commercial awareness and ability to influence peers.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Experience

At least 4 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable client‑facing environment, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and to cultivate high‑value client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 21 per hour.
