Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Gucci brand ambassador to deliver best‑in‑class, personalised client experiences both in‑store and remotely, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively recruit and develop a high‑value client base through relationship building, clienteling and targeted outreach (virtual appointments and distance sales).
- Drive individual and store sales results by monitoring KPIs, applying effective selling techniques, and using cross‑sell and upsell strategies.
- Use product storytelling and expert styling advice to guide clients to the most appropriate purchases and enhance perceived value.
- Collect and maintain accurate client data to personalise service and segment clients for tailored outreach.
- Support store operations including POS transactions, stock maintenance and inventories, ensuring adherence to loss‑prevention and operational procedures.
- Contribute to visual standards on the sales floor and ensure optimal product presentation and availability.
- Support onboarding and training of new Client Advisors and perform limited management functions (approvals, opening/closing procedures) when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion or premium retail sales experience with a consistent track record of results.
- Demonstrable passion for relationship building, client service and luxury fashion.
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and discretion; ability to inspire trust with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to collaborate, mentor peers and act as a role model within the sales team.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Work authorization to be employed in Canada.
Skills
Experience
At least four years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail or a closely related customer‑facing role, with demonstrated sales success and client development.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education or vocational training in fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
