Gucci Senior Client Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide on-floor guidance to Client Advisors, ensuring consistent delivery of Gucci’s client experience and achievement of sales targets.
• Partner with store management to deliver real-time coaching, performance feedback and structured onboarding for new advisors.
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exemplary client service, leveraging product knowledge and Gucci heritage to build lasting client relationships.
• Prospect and network to attract new clients and grow the store’s client base.
• Drive and exceed individual and team KPIs through proactive selling and personalized client engagement.
• Perform floor leadership duties including opening/closing, organising coverage, and supporting store operations in management’s absence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation complies with Gucci visual guidelines.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex client issues and resolve service matters with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable sales results.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organisational capabilities.
• Passion for the fashion industry and demonstrated industry awareness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail scheduling.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury retail or service industries, with demonstrated success in coaching colleagues, driving KPIs and delivering exceptional client experiences. Experience supervising or mentoring sales teams and contributing to store operations is expected.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 20 per hour.
