Gucci Senior Client Advisor position in Toronto—luxury fashion sales leader combining client excellence with emerging management responsibilities. CAD $22/hr hourly rate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships by offering best-in-class service in-store and remotely, ensuring clients feel valued from first point of contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and commitment to exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing ones through the segmentation hierarchy
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout their journey to customize service and personalize offerings
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities across channels
- Apply exceptional selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner, maintaining a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively execute cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by actively recruiting clients to create selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective on exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions critical to positive experiences
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their aspirations
- Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to engage clients with Gucci's heritage and collections
- Attend trainings proactively to deepen product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay informed of fashion trends, competitor activities, products, campaigns, and client segmentation

- Contribute to maintaining visual product displays according to Gucci standards

- Manage general store administration and functionality
- Perform management-level functions including approval of returns and exchanges as needed

Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven sales success preferably in a similar advisory or customer service role
- Passion and natural aptitude for relationship building and people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
- Proven collaborative approach and ability to serve as a role model for teammates
- Ability to consistently drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
